ISMAYA LIFESTYLE™ Card membership program is free and is intended for personal use only. Commercial use is prohibited.

Members must provide valid and accurate personal information.

Privileges and benefits will be extended upon activation of a valid card.

Benefits and points accumulated under the membership are promotional and have no cash value.

ISMAYA reserves the right to change or modify membership benefits at anytime.

The ISMAYA LIFESTYLE™ Card and its privileges are non-transferable

For entry to ISMAYA LIFESTYLE™ outlets, members and their guests must follow respective outlet's entrance policy.

Status upgrade qualifying points are points earned from spending activities at ISMAYA outlets.

Gojek/GrabFood and other similar delivery services are not authorized to have an ISMAYA LIFESTYLE™ Card and is not allowed to collect any points during their duty time.

The E-voucher is not applicable at Terminal 3 Soekarno - Hatta Airport at the moment.

SECTION 2

By registering to the program, you are deemed to have read, understood, accepted and are bound by the full terms & conditions of the ISMAYA LIFESTYLE™ Card.

ISMAYA maintains the right to amend, change or withdraw the terms & conditions from time to time without prior notice.

ISMAYA reserves the right to change the total points required for redeemable items at anytime.

ISMAYA reserves the right to terminate, discontinue or cancel the ISMAYA LIFESTYLE™ membership at any time and in its sole discretion without notice.

Under no circumstances shall ISMAYA entities be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of the ISMAYA LIFESTYLE™ membership, even if any or all of the ISMAYA entities have been advised of the possibility of such damages
