Alluring design
With access to crystal clear waters and a pristine beachfront location, Manarai is the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. A blend of traditional Balinese craftsmanship and contemporary modern styling, the space shows a seamless landscape from the restaurant, through the outdoor lounge, pools and onto the beach area. The establishment is also equipped with two swimming pools surrounded by day beds and Bali’s whitest sandy beach.
Endless entertainment
Offering world-class music and entertainment, Manarai brings festivity to Nusa Dua. Its kickoff summer celebration features the world-renowned Elrow, who transformed the beach house into a vibrant and spectacular Brazilian street festival on 25 August 2018. The soft opening celebration was a huge success with more than 2000 attendees. Continuously bringing amazing entertainment, Manarai held a Summer Closing Party with Jonas Blue on 29 September 2018. More than just entertainment, Manarai also has an exclusive selection of international and local dishes with something for all tastes. Executive Chef Stefan Poyet and Corporate Chef of ISMAYA Group Philip Mimbimi have crafted a menu that highlights quintessential comfort food, with plenty for more health-conscious diners. Chef Poyet’s 15-year culinary journey has included the highly acclaimed Michelin-starred restaurants Senderens and L’Abeille at Shangri-La Hotel, Paris. A blend of Chef Poyet’s typical French savoir-faire and Chef Philip’s hands-on experience in many countries translates beautifully in each dish of Manarai that embraces their entire culinary journey from the West to the East.
