A PLATE OF DREAMS, A SPOONFUL OF HOPE: A MOVEMENT TO BRING EDUCATION BY ISMAYA AND PARTNERS
More than just Creating the Good Life, ISMAYA Group in its 15th anniversary is also sharing the Good Life for marginalized children. Sharing is one of ISMAYA’s way of caring and giving back to the society.
Here at ISMAYA, we believe in the need for children to dream, and that education is key in realizing that dream. With a social program, A Plate of Dreams, A Spoonful of Hope, ISMAYA is set to bring education to hundreds of unfortunate children. Profits from special menu at all ISMAYA outlets during 16 April-16 June 2018 in the amount of IDR500 million went straight to the ISMAYA Scholarship program. The scholarship provides hundreds of marginalized children from Yayasan Sahabat Anak with the fund they need to continue their formal education in Primary and Secondary schools.
Furthermore, ISMAYA Group teamed up with Arkamaya Creative Culinary School. The partnership will provide culinary training for several children from Sahabat Anak during May to June 2018. The focus from the training will go beyond basic culinary skills, but also the all-round development, like table etiquette and creativity in the kitchen. The objective of this program is shaping the skills needed to thrive in the F&B industry.
