COVID-19 SAFETY STANDARDS AT ISMAYA


In order to prepare ourselves for the “New Normal”, we at Ismaya Group have taken every precaution to open our outlets responsibly and safely. We will continue Creating The Good Life by providing our customers with the food and service that is expected from Ismaya Group and we will ensure that your dining experience will be as comfortable as ever in the “New Normal”.

- We have ensured that all our staff are healthy to work and have not been in contact with any individuals with symptoms.

- All our staff are required to wear a mask at all times in our restaurants. This is preceded by all Ismaya team members being required to also wear a mask going to and coming back from work.

- All our staff are also required to wear latex gloves at all times in our restaurants. The gloves are changed once every 3 hours. Single-use plastic gloves are worn during cleaning duties.

- All our outlets have been deep cleaned and thoroughly disinfected multiple times before re-opening. Tables and other shared surfaces are sanitized after each use and performed again at the end of every day.

- Hand sanitizers are available at all outlet entrances, cashiers, and waitstations, as well as in the takeaway/delivery areas.

- Temperature checks with a thermometer gun are performed on all customers and team members upon entry. Access to our premises is restricted to those who register 37.3 C and below.

- All customers must wear a face mask to be allowed into the restaurant. Upon entry, customers are provided with a single use "Welcome Kit" that holds utensils, napkins, and how to order information.

- All orders are done through contactless ordering via QR codes that will direct customers to our online menu.

- We encourage contactless payments and have made many contactless payment option available.

- The outlet floor plans have been adapted to allow physical distancing. The maximum number of guests seated on one table will depend on the available table sizes. Every other table and seating will be vacant to ensure physical distancing.

- For takeaway and delivery, a separate waiting area has been set up, which will have signage to direct customers and online delivery drivers.
