Responsible in ensuring that guests are provided with excellent services at all times.
Maintains all service equipment & utensils correctly to relevant standards of hygiene & safety.
Contributes on achievement of sales, gross profits & net profits.
Helps in controlling & reduction of operating expenses.
Responsible with F&B menu knowledge & standards to ensure that guest receives the correct information regarding the food/beverages & served accordingly.
Reports any concerns regarding quality of food/beverages/standards to management as soon as noticed.
Ensures that standards are followed such as Training Schedules, Sequence Of Service, Stock Handling.
Job Requirements
Secondary Education or Bachelor’s Degree is an advantage.
Minimum of 1 year experience in similar field.
Know-how of F&B Operations & Customer Service Skills.
Expected to work flexible hours.
Good communication skills.
Able to work in a team environment.
Able to work under pressure.
Passionate & has sense of responsibility.
Fluent in English.
