Job Description
  • Placed in Jakarta Selatan, Gandaria
  • Assist in organizing and managing documents and reports to Head of Training
  • Responsible for gathering information and maintaining the database
  • Communicate with the person that is involved personally  
  • Following up and update emails or responding to questions
  • Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
  • Managing schedules and appointments     
Job Requirements


  • Fluent in both verbal and written English 
  • High Initiative, positive attitude, able to work under pressure and on a deadline
  • Willing to work early or  late from normal office hour
  • Can be reached any time, including on the weekends and public holidays
  • Willing to learn new things
