To perform duties as assigned by the Head Chef, Sous Chef.
To perform general cleaning duties as assigned by the Head Chef, Sous Chef according to established standards of performance and schedule.
To clean and wash dishes according to established performance standards. To clean, wash pots and pans and other kitchen utensils according to established performance standards.
To ensure that the operating and kitchen equipment is maintained to a good standard with minimum breakage. To ensure that all machinery is clean and sanitized according to standard.
To clean all kitchen and store areas as necessary or as directed by the Head Chef, Sous Chef.
To keep all areas in the kitchen clean, neat and tidy.
To report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform at all times.
To respond to changes in departmental functions as dictated by company or industry.
Any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the management.
Job Requirements
2 years’ experience in same field.
Preferably fluent in English, both verbally and written.
Ability to work within a demanding busy team environment.
Friendly and positive attitude.
Willingness to learn and adapt.
Available for placement in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
