Job Description
  • To perform duties as assigned by the Head Chef, Sous Chef. 
  • To perform general cleaning duties as assigned by the Head Chef, Sous Chef according to established standards of performance and schedule. 
  • To clean and wash dishes according to established performance standards. To clean, wash pots and pans and other kitchen utensils according to established performance standards. 
  • To ensure that the operating and kitchen equipment is maintained to a good standard with minimum breakage. To ensure that all machinery is clean and sanitized according to standard. 
  • To clean all kitchen and store areas as necessary or as directed by the Head Chef, Sous Chef.
  • To keep all areas in the kitchen clean, neat and tidy. 
  • To report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform at all times. 
  • To respond to changes in departmental functions as dictated by company or industry. 
  • Any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the management.
Job Requirements
  • 2 years’ experience in same field.
  • Preferably fluent in English, both verbally and written.
  • Ability to work within a demanding busy team environment. 
  • Friendly and positive attitude. 
  • Willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Available for placement in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
