STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS & MARKETING MANAGER RESTAURANT DIVISION

Job Description


  • Work directly with the Group Marketing Manager on building and monitoring marketing functions relating to online food delivery sales and strategic partnerships, through the development of a comprehensive strategy, suite of KPIs and mechanisms to track the performance for each initiative
  • Develop strategies, campaigns and tactical promotions that leverage online delivery platforms and key partnerships to drive sales of each brand concept within the Restaurant Division at ISMAYA Group
  • Identify opportunities to establish, develop and optimise strategic partnerships with online delivery platforms and/or any relevant partners to enhance outlet sales through non-outlet channels
  • Provide analysis of the competitive landscape of food delivery (global & brand level)
  • Work closely with Brand Managers to drive brand & outlet location awareness, uplift sales of outlets and drive conversion of online food orders
  • Ensure campaigns and tactical promotions are in line with each brand's identity, USP and target audience.
  • Ensure each brand desired image and assure consistent communication of each brand
  • Strategise and manage the marketing budget, campaign & tactical promotions calendar across platforms for each brand
  • Measure and track effectiveness of all campaigns and tactical promotions, constantly looking for optimisation opportunities
  • Analyse data (sales, P&L, COGS, PLU) to develop strategies, campaigns and tactical promotions and provide regular reports to Group Marketing Manager and Board of Directors
  • Responsible for the design, production and distribution of marketing collateral on owned channels & partner platforms
Job Requirements
  • Possess strong marketing strategy & campaign management experience
  • Strong business and creative acumen to identify opportunities to increase sales through non-outlet sales channels
  • At least 8 to 10 years of marketing experience including marketing strategy and campaign management, business strategy is a plus
  • At least 5 years of managerial experience
  • Experience from F&B / FMCG / Telco / e-commerce
  • Excellent knowledge of consumer landscape, insights and behavior
  • Have regional or international exposure, experience working with international organisations / coworkers
  • Highly analytical mindset with data driven approach
  • Detail-oriented, organised and able to work on multiple projects and multiple levels simultaneously
  • Driven personality with a high-performance mindset
  • Capable of working under pressure and tight deadlines while maintaining a can-do attitude
  • Excellent communicator, people-oriented person and a strong team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or Psychology (Master's Degree is a plus)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
  • 100% fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory
