PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO B.O.D

Job Description
  • Assist in organizing and managing documents and reports to General Managers
  • Responsible for gathering information and maintaining the database
  • Communicate with the person that is involved personally or through writing to respond to questions
  • Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence      
  • Schedule BOD's time and meetings
  • Oversee invoices and important documents
  • Create minutes of meetings                                                                         


Job Requirements


  • Experienced on using Ms. Office (Ms. Word, Excel & Outlook)
  • Can operate Google calendar and Google mail
  • Able to book and look for best ticket prices
  • Fluent in both verbal and written English 
  • High Initiative, positive attitude, able to work under pressure and on a deadline
  • Willing to work early or  late from normal office hour
  • Can be reached any time, including on the weekends and public holidays
  • Have experience in F&B or Hospitality
  • Willing to learn new things
