The Sales Banquet Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting outlets in bringing in additional traffic and revenue in order to reach company targets.
Their focus should be in bringing additional traffic whether in the form of corporate functions, large social gatherings, or other private events especially in times when the outlets are currently having low existing traffic.
Will be the main contact for these customers and liaise accordingly with outlet supporting teams.
Having Sales & Events background from Banquet, EO, or F&B preferred
Have a lots of database, good relationship and networking.
Understand the overall market – competitors strengths and weaknesses, market F&B trends, supply and demand etc.
Flexible, goal oriented, attractive, sales driven, and creative
Fluent English-speaking and writing skills
Excellent interpersonal/communication and customer service skills
To be Located in Bali
