The Ismaya Restaurant Management Trainee Program is an exclusive program targeted at fresh graduates who are passionate about the service industry.
The recruitment process ends on June 2nd 2019
New recruits for this entry level training program will receive nine months of service and management training.
Recruits will be rotated in various Ismaya restaurants and support center operations.
This program is ideal for individuals interested in restaurant management even with minimal experiences.
It provides the theoretical and hands-on experience needed to build the skills to run and manage an Ismaya Group Restaurant.
Candidates for our Ismaya Restaurant Management Training Program must be open to relocation during the training. Upon completion of the Management Trainee Program, you will be a certified Assistant Manager and relocated to a location and brand that best suits the candidate and the company. Graduates of the program serve as Assistant Managers and are usually on the fast track to an Operations Manager position.
Job Requirements
JOB SPECIFICATION EDUCATION LEVEL
Diploma Degree in F&B and Hospitality Management and or Food Technology with GPA min 3.00 from a reputable university or hospitality school.
Good command of the English language in speaking and writing.
Good leadership skills
EXPERIENCE
Hospitality experience preferred but not essential (Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply)

Computer skills (Word, Power Point/Excel spreadsheet, etc)
Basic presentation skills
Able to work long hours
Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
