RELATIONSHIP MANAGER - SURABAYA

Job Description
  • Lead strategies and implement activities that increase the brands' revenue as well as customer's loyalty. 
  • Builds and maintains relationships with clients and customers. Encompasses all the collected customer data stored and analysed using customer relationship management program.
  • Create strategies and supervise the team to boost our brand awareness, programs, and events
  •  Ensure effective cross sell process in order to build strong customer relationship
  •  Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales
  • Expanding the customer base by up-selling and cross-selling
  • Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing to the team
  • Evaluate brand's events, programs, and campaign success rate and submit reports to the direct superior
  • Providing weekly & monthly customer's visiting & spending report
  • Demonstrating ambassadorship


Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or any related Major 
  • Must have experience in F&B/hospitality industry minimum 3 years
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in all Microsoft applications
  • A team player with leadership skills
  • Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction
  • Plenty of drive, initiative and motivation
  • Attention to detail
  • The ability to analyse and research information
  • Problem-solving attitude
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • Fluent in English
