Personal Assistant

Job Description

Provides both clerical and administrative support to Co-Founder/Board of Advisor/C-Level. This role plays a vital part in the administration, day-to-day activities and personal arrangement for the Co-Founder/Board of Advisor.


  • Arrange Schedule (meeting, interview, personal appointments)
  • Able to organize complex calendars and schedules including to coordinate with other Personal Assistants / Secretaries for meeting arrangement with another High-Level Associates (CEO, CMO, Directors, etc.)
  • Arrange Travel Needs from preparation, before departure and after (if need special arrangement).
  • Prepare daily things for Co-Founder when working at the Office
  • Arrange Personal Things
  • Maintain various records and documents for Co-Founder/Board of Advisor.
  • Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced environment; performs additional duties as assigned by Co-Founder/Board of Advisor.


Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma's Degree, graduated from Secretarial Academy.
  • Have min. 3 years of experience in administrative & secretarial fields.
  • Must be fluent in English both writing and speaking.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word, Google Drive) is a MUST. And have a Social Media Web Platforms & Internet based skills is a bonus.
  • Quick, well organized, confident, detail oriented, patient and hard working.
  • Experience in organizing and arranging travel needs.
  • Impressive appearance, good communication & strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build good relationship with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in tight deadlines and prioritize tasks.
  • Experience in hospitality business is preferred.
  • Willing to work long hours and on weekends/public holiday when needed.
  • Experience in accounting is a plus.
  • Excellent work ethics.
