Provides both clerical and administrative support to Co-Founder/Board of Advisor/C-Level. This role plays a vital part in the administration, day-to-day activities and personal arrangement for the Co-Founder/Board of Advisor.
Arrange Schedule (meeting, interview, personal appointments)
Able to organize complex calendars and schedules including to coordinate with other Personal Assistants / Secretaries for meeting arrangement with another High-Level Associates (CEO, CMO, Directors, etc.)
Arrange Travel Needs from preparation, before departure and after (if need special arrangement).
Prepare daily things for Co-Founder when working at the Office
Arrange Personal Things
Maintain various records and documents for Co-Founder/Board of Advisor.
Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information.
Ability to function well in a high-paced environment; performs additional duties as assigned by Co-Founder/Board of Advisor.
Candidate must possess at least Diploma's Degree, graduated from Secretarial Academy.
Have min. 3 years of experience in administrative & secretarial fields.
Must be fluent in English both writing and speaking.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word, Google Drive) is a MUST. And have a Social Media Web Platforms & Internet based skills is a bonus.
Quick, well organized, confident, detail oriented, patient and hard working.
Experience in organizing and arranging travel needs.
Impressive appearance, good communication & strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build good relationship with key stakeholders.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in tight deadlines and prioritize tasks.
Experience in hospitality business is preferred.
Willing to work long hours and on weekends/public holiday when needed.
Experience in accounting is a plus.
Excellent work ethics.
