Office Executive

Job Description

• Ordering office supplies & welfare.

• Filing paperwork for various departments.

• Making presentations to report on productivity 

• Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs

• Supervising OfficeBoy, Receptionists, and Messengers.

• Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment

• Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time

• Coordinate with internal and external parties (office related)

• Stock opname for all office needs

Job Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent.

• Good communication skill.

• Experience in General Affairs at least 1 year

• Prior experience in an administrative role.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Have a good knowledge about civil, electrical and office equipments

• Multi tasking and time management skill.
