Job Description

Prepare welcoming kit and training schedules
Training and developing new Marketing recruits
Create events and development programs for all Marketing staff
Compiling and presenting progress reports of Marketing staff
Assist supervisor in monitoring Marketing staffs' development and progression

Job Requirements

Passion in coaching, training, and teaching
Strong willed personality
Easy, outgoing and engaging personality
Passionate about people
Psychology and Marketing degree is preferred
At least 1 year experience in corporate HR
