MARKETING MANAGER - SURABAYA

Job Description
  • Drive brand equity – awareness, engagement, experience and loyalty
  • Develop a holistic brand strategy to increase brand equity through every stage of brand funnel
  • Create ideas that are aligned with brand identity to constantly improve brand perception and experience
  • Plan, manage and execute regular program & event for each semester
  • Oversee production and distribution of all collaterals relating to brand
  • Elevate and protect brand image
  • Develop and drive holistic marketing content, channel strategies that are in line with brand strategy to achieve business and/or marketing objectives
  • Provide holistic data analysis on performance of brand, campaigns / promos and marketing channels
  • Developing and maintaining resourceful customer databases (ex: high spender, influencers, VIP’s), ensuring the brand has a current and relevant target market.
  • Work with other divisions to resolve issues that are affecting brand perception and customer experience
  • Develop and drive holistic marketing content, channel strategies that are in line with brand strategy to achieve business and/or marketing objectives
  • Provide holistic data analysis on performance of brand, campaigns / promos and marketing channels
  • Developing and maintaining resourceful customer databases (ex: high spender, influencers, VIP's), ensuring the brand has a current and relevant target market


Job Requirements
  • Have minimum 3 - 4 years past experience in a marketing field
  • Have minimum 3-4 experience in F&B/hospitality industry
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or any related Major
  • Demonstrates creativity, able to generate ideas
  • Able to manage social media platforms
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office tools i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Outgoing, extrovert personality with good interpersonal skills
  • Well presented with good grooming standards 
  • Willing to travel out of town for outlet openings and events
  • Willing to work late / flexible hours and on weekends 
  • Fast learner, able to adapt to dynamic environment
  • Digital marketing experience in performance, SEM & SEO a plus 
  • Fluent in English
