Job Description

Responsible to overseeing  the entire operation in the Outlet and the team members

Job Requirements
  • Overseas experienced, with minimum 3+ year of experience as Restaurant Manager. Preferably from Fine Dining / Lounge / Bar Concept.
  • Having F&B Management skill (Opening Outlets, P&L, Costing, Resto Operation & System and Training)

  • Having experience as PR / Customer Relations Manager / Guest Relations Manager would be an advantage
  • Fully understanding of Restaurants operations, handling complaints, staff development, and customer relation
  • Strong managerial and communication skills is a MUST
  • Good looking is a must & representative lifestyle
  • Proficient in English
