LOGISTICS AND HOSPITALITY ADMIN - JAKARTA

Job Description
  • Handling almost all administration for logistic and hospitality department
  • Make a hotel booking, ground transport arrangement, etc for all artist / guest
  • Working with L&H officer and manager for all events related
  • Maintain database for L&H department
  • Making report (ms.office based) for L&H Administration
Job Requirements
  • Hold minimum Diploma Degree from any major (from Hospitality is a plus)
  • Having good administration skill
  • Attention to detail / meticulous
  • Able to work both independently and/or as a team
  • Tidy
  • Willy to work overtime (on special occasion only)
  • Expert in Ms. Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc)
