The Ismaya Kitchen Management Trainee Program is an exclusive program targeted at young & talented individuals who are passionate about the kitchen industry.

The training program is nine months of kitchen and management training, that includes rotations in our various restaurants and support center operations
This program is ideal for individuals interested in kitchen management who do not yet have extensive experience in the industry.
It provides the theoretical and hands-on experience needed to build the skills to run and manage the kitchen at Ismaya Group’s restaurants.
Candidates for our Ismaya Kitchen Management Trainee Program must be open to relocation during the training. Upon completion of the Management Trainee Program, you will be a certified Sous Chef or Head Chef and relocated to a location and brand that business needs dictate. Graduates of the program serve as Sous Chef or Head Chef and are usually on the fast track to an Executive Chef position.
Job Requirements
EDUCATION LEVEL
Preferably local candidate with minimum Diploma Degree in F&B / Hospitality Management / Culinary with GPA min 3.00 from a reputable university. Overseas graduate is a plus. Good command of the English language in speaking and writing. Additional language is an advantage.
EXPERIENCE
Has experience doing multiple openings for shops, brands, or outlets would be a plus.
PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS TECHNICAL
Computer skills (Word, Power Point/Excel spreadsheet, etc)
Able to work long hours
Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
BEHAVIORAL
Young & talented, confident, responsible, able to run and manage large team.
Strong organizational and planning skills required
Hands on, disciplined and good trainer/teacher skills preferred
Self motivated, driven, creative, and Kitchen Oriented
