IT Associate (Support)

Job Description

• Deliver the implementation and provide PC, Printer, and Networking solutions

• Analyze and diagnose technical issues and give fast problem resolution

• Technical documentations of hardware/software additions or changes

• Updates and closures of trouble tickets and service requests from user

Job Requirements

• Minimum D3 majoring IT

• Organized, capable of multitasking and good in administration, such as compiling, etc.

• Good time management, capable of creating and maintain the training planning/scheduling.

• Have a positive attitude, confidence, adaptability, independence and ability to work individually and on a team.

• Experience in IT in the F&B industry for approximately 1 year would be a plus

• Willing to work in a mobile environment

• Good in office software
