COMPENSATION & BENEFIT SUPERVISOR

We are looking for an experienced Compensation & Benefit Supervisor to handle Payroll, Medical Insurance & Tax, to manage end to end monthly payroll, monthly medical insurance and regulator health insurance (BPJS), prepare monthly Tax Article 21 calculation and to deliver yearly SPT calculation and distribution.

Job Requirements:

• Holding bachelor degree in Accounting and or Tax is preferable

• Experienced in end to end process payroll and able to use payroll system
• Have the experiences in handling medical insurance, regulatory health insurance (BPJS) and BPJS TK
• Proven work experience in handling Tax Article 21 & yearly SPT
• Strong knowledge of Tax Article 21 & yearly SPT (1721)
• Good in Mathematics & Strong Analytics
• Very good in Excel Formula or Access Formula, Macro is a plus
• Self-Driven, Able to work in team, under pressure, persistence, and able to stay motivated in tight deadline
• Possitive attitude, humble and willing to learn
• Able to work in long hours
