Responsible for planning and managing the marketing programs and activities for a group of brands and outlets within a cluster. The GMM will train and manage their Marketing troopers within the cluster while also working together with other Group Marketing Managers in cross-cluster activities.
Will report to the CMO and work together in implementing the best Marketing strategies for the brands under their cluster.
To establish and maintain each brand's identity in their marketing activities while also helping to enrich Ismaya's Brand entity as a group
Create and maintain marketing budgets for their brands
Work closely with Marketing Managers to oversee all marketing activities and become an example for other brands
To analyze and recommend best partnership deals (KOLs, Entertainers, etc.)
To oversee and improve the brand's social media presence and maintain the contents are on par with the brand's identity.
Job Requirements
5 to 7 years of experience as Marketing Manager, preferably in a similar industry in F&B or Clubs.
English proficient
Has handled more than 2 brands
Can work under pressure
Has experience in the F&B industry
Good leadership quality and experience leading teams
Experience managing external PR and communications, including vendors, media and business partner relationships
Should display groomed appearance, professionalism and enthusiasm when representing the company
Have a great strategy and action on how to increase Branding Awareness
