GROUP MARKETING MANAGER

Job Description

To manage brands clusters under his/her division, to learn from different 

clusters to enhance both his/her clusters and brands. To become the main point of contact for all cluster or cross cluster activities 


Job Requirements

1. To work closely with AGMM to closely monitor the brands planning, development and implementation of all the marketing plan and its activities

2. To assit and to work closely with Head of Marketing to brainstorm and find the best marketing strategies for all brands under her responsibilities

3. To closely monitor, take measure, efforts to enhance and enrich ISMAYA as a brand and each individual brands through cohesive strategies and consistent brand message

4. Become the point of contact to support Head of Marketing for any needed that required cluster and cross cluster synergy

5. Overseeing the brands marketing budgets, able to effectively manage budget, take learnings from cluster and cross cluster activity

6. Work closely with AGMM to measure every marketing activities and help to create case study for other brands in different cluster to how effectively improve it

7. To analyse potential strategic partner relationship to help achieve additional benefit support for brands, clusters and cross cluster needed and additional company revenue opportunity

8. Responsible in financial goal achievement and work closely with HOM and AGMM to creatively come up with ideas that can help improve and adding financial profits to all the brands that he/she is responsible of handling

9. To work closely with HOM, AGMM and also their team members

10. To understand the importance of social media, understand social media strategies, an understanding of affiliate marketing would be a good additonal skill to have
