Responsible for planning and managing the marketing programs and activities for a group of brands and outlets within a cluster. The GMM will train and manage their Marketing troopers within the cluster while also working together with other Group Marketing Managers in cross-cluster activities.
Will report to the Head of Marketing Lifestyle and work together in implementing the best Marketing strategies for the brands under their cluster.
To establish and maintain each brand's identity in their marketing activities while also helping to enrich Ismaya's entity as a group
Become the point of contact to support Head of Marketing for any needed Marketing advice for their cluster and cross-cluster synergy
Create and maintain marketing budgets for their brands
Work closely with Brand Managers to oversee all marketing activities and become an example for other brands
To analyze and recommend best partnership deals (KOLs, Entertainers, Gojek etc.)
To oversee and improve the brand's social media presence and maintain the contents are on par with the brand's identity.
5 to 8 years of experience as Marketing Manager or Assistant Manager
Has handled more than 2 brands
Can work under pressure
Has experience in the F&B industry
Good leadership quality and experience leading teams
