Our sister company, Legit Group, is looking for a candidate to help the Procurement Manager analyze and propose effective strategies for maintaining relationships with F&B suppliers/vendors. This will involve considering factors, such as the best price and services available.
• Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services and supplies.
• Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.
• Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and propose products and services to be purchased.
• Maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
• Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
• Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
• Researching and evaluating prospectives suppliers.
• Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports.
• Verify accurate orders/ purchases in terms of delivery, invoices received, and payments.
• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in any field.
• Proven working experience as a Assistant Procurement Manager in 3-4 years.
• Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques as well as a dexterity in "reading" the market.
• Have experience managing supply chain operations in prefered.
• Good knowledge of supplier or third party management software.
• Talent in negotiations and networking.
• Experience in collecting and analyzing data.
• Capability in communication is a must.
• Strong leadership capabilities.
