Responsible for managing kitchen operations, purchasing food stuffs, and keeping the kitchen clean and hygienic. Other responsibilities include receiving and storing provisions, planning menus, and training and supervising other staff.

Profile for Young Talent Chef currently handling multiple operations, or for current restaurant group company Background in Western and Asian cuisines, large kitchen operations
Young & talented, high confident, responsible, able to run and manage large team, outgoing personality, strong people skills
Has previous experience doing multiple opening and pre-openings shops, brands, outlets, or hotels
Strong organizational and planning skills required
Hands on, disciplined and good trainer/teacher skills preferred
The flexibility to work shifts, evenings, weekends and irregular hours
