DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER

Job Description
  • Own and manage all digital marketing activities and analytics
  • Own ISMAYA's digital awareness and lead acquisition across all channels
  • Build a holistic communication plan through all paid and organic channels
  • Optimize campaigns to meet key performance indicators
  • Collaborate with visual designer to develop creative content for campaign artworks
  • Collaborate with content writers to develop compelling messaging in support of messaging
  • Implement A/B testing across web, email and advertising platforms to continuously monitor and improve performance through optimized messaging and targeting
  • Analyze and report on performance metrics and set up test plans to improve the campaign performance
  • Monitor social media channels and social media agency reports
  • Build SEO plan for ISMAYA group
  • Collaborate with brands to maintain brand's marketing campaign and exposure to customers
  • Ensure analytic consistency and accuracy across channels
Job Requirements
  • Candidate must at least Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communications or Business or other related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or other related field.
  • 5+ Years of of working experience in E-Commerce, Retail, or F&B Online Marketing experience
  • 3+ Years of working experience in building and managing digital promotional campaigns, e.g. email, web banner, social media, web page
  • Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Digital Marketing or equivalent.
  • Understand principles and best practices of Digital Marketing Ecosystem
  • Experience managing content management system-based website, including building web pages
  • Strong copywriting, analytical and presentation skills
  • Fluent with Google Analytics or other web & app tracking platform
  • Extreme attention to detail with the ability to successfully organize and prioritize multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent in English
