Job Description

Responsible for CRM operational admin work related and handling CRM hotline

Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communications or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Responsible for inventory record of cards, packaging, and other related materials

  • Handling outlet's stock request (ILC, IGC)

  • Assist on training sessions and scheduling

  • Attending the hotline phone

  • Handling customer complaints / questions

  • Assist outlet's staff on questions and problems

  • Entering data from unregistered transactions (caused by: system/internet down)

  • Re-activating member's card

  • Prepare and activate giftcard per accounting's approval

  • Entering weekly manual transaction data from online purchase (loket.com)

  • Create cashback e-vouchers for TokyoBelly (every Monday and Friday) for the next 3 months

  • Reply to all customer review submitted from web
