Job Description
  • Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for guests according to standard consistently
  • Take care the guest by taking orders, recommending, serving, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with guest needs
  • Focus on guest experience by providing an excellent hospitality and maintaining regular guests
  • Place guest order to the POS system and process payment from the guests
  • Set up bar station according to standard and restock/replenish supplies when needed to ensure efficient and effective operation
  • Prepare garnishes, juices, ice, and homemade ingredients, etc according to standard
  • Perform daily cleaning duties before, during, and after operation or other scheduled cleaning according to standard
  • Perform daily stock take of alcohol inventory and other basic admin related work
  • Check par level of produce and supplies and submit order to supervisor and assist with receiving
  • Constantly learning and contributing to the bar program under the guidance of Bar Manager and Supervisor
  • Ensure alcohol safe serve by identifying legal drinking age and guest intoxication levels and respond appropriately
  • Maintain a good communication with peers, superior and other departments to create a positive atmosphere
Job Requirements
  • Resume and proven working experience as a Bartender
  • Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
  • Knowledge of a second language is a plus
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
  • Relevant training certificate
