ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER - RESTO CONCEPT

Job Description

•        Responsible for day-to-day operations, such as : running restaurant services, supervised outlet team, and doing administration things (DSR, Inventory report, attendance report etc)

•        Oversee the execution of the work schedule and procedure as set by the Restaurant Manager

•        Completing overtime sheets for the department

•        Assist in training

•        Performing and managing other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

•        Minimum two years’ experience in a similar role of a casual dining environment.

•        Key Knowledge of restaurant services within 7 days operations

•        Previous experience managing people and compliance and ensuing decisions are made following the practice.

•        Relevant professional qualifications relating to food services
