Managing organizational sales by assisting the department leader in developing a business plan that covers sales & revenue.
Researching prospects and generating leads.
Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
Understand and promoting the organization and products.
Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
Assisting the department leader, with other department in maintaining the quality of the product, properties, overviewing the trends and maintaining the ability of the product to be as relatable as possible with the customer.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in the hospitality industry, event management or customer relationship management.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies and event management.
Has an negotiating skills, good communication skills, management and problem solving skills, and the ability to build good relationships with clients.
Ability to work in flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
