ASSISTANT GROUP MARKETING MANAGER - LIFESTYLE & NIGHTLIFE

Job Description
  • Work directly with the Group Marketing Manager on building and monitoring all branding and marketing functions, through the development of a comprehensive strategy, suite of KPIs and mechanisms to track the performance for each campaign
  • Oversee all branding and marketing initiatives, including campaigns, tactical promotions, events, public and media relations activities of the brands within the cluster
  • Strategise and oversee the marketing budget, campaign & tactical promotions calendar across platforms for brands within cluster
  • Lead Assistant Brand Managers and/or Brand Managers within the cluster to develop and optimise promotions to achieve brand growth and outlet sales targets 
  • Ensure campaigns and tactical promotions are in line with each brand's identity, USP and target audience
  • Responsible for layout direction, design, production and distribution of the brands’ marketing collateral
  • Analyse data (Sales, P&L, COGS, PLU) to develop strategies, campaigns and tactical promotions and provide regular reports to Group Marketing Manager and Board of Directors
  • Provide analysis of the competitive landscape of brands and industry
  • Develop and maintain good relationship with internal stakeholders (e.g. other heads of cluster across divisions such as Operations, Finance, Corporate, etc) and external stakeholders (e.g. media, mall and tenant relations, partners, sponsors, etc)
  • Coordinate workflows between teams (within and outside the Restaurant Division) to strategise, plan and drive the execution of all marketing activities, including ISMAYA events
  • Drive ad-hoc / independent key strategic projects and initiatives for the Restaurant Division 
Job Requirements
  • Possess strong marketing strategy & campaign management experience
  • At least 8 to 10 years of marketing experience including marketing strategy and campaign management, business strategy is a plus
  • At least 5 years of managerial experience
  • Experience from F&B / FMCG / Telco
  • Excellent knowledge of consumer landscape, insights and behavior
  • Have regional or international exposure, experience working with international organisations / coworkers
  • Highly analytical mindset with data-driven approach 
  • Detail-oriented, organised and able to work on multiple projects and multiple levels simultaneously 
  • Driven personality with a high-performance mindset
  • Capable of working under pressure and tight deadlines while maintaining a can-do attitude
  • Excellent communicator, people-oriented person and a strong team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or Psychology (Master's Degree is a plus)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
  • 100% fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory
