assistant group marketing manager

Job Description

To manage clusters of brands under the Marketing division and be the main point of contact for all cluster or cross cluster activities.

  •  Brand managers use customer and trend research to create strategies that will change how people perceive the brand. This can involve overseeing advertising, design and events.
  • Carrying out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends
  • Developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns across ATL and BTL to ensure that products and services meet customers’ expectations and to build the credibility of brands
  • Analysing the success of marketing campaigns and creating reports
  • Supervising advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding
  • Meeting with clients and working with colleagues across multiple departments (such as marketing assistants, marketing managers and chief marketing officers)
  • Managing budgets and a team of marketing promotions / GROs
  • Organising events such as media gathering, bloggers gathering, product launches, exhibitions and photo shoots
  • Assisting operations in dealing with customers in general incl. handling complaints and meeting bloggers/media
Job Requirements
  • Has good networking in Jakarta nightlife and lifestyle  communities, media & bloggers
  • Willing to work on weekends and night shift
  • Dependable, independent, social,good communications skill
  • Attractive personality, ready to mingle with customers, willing to work with operation and kitchen team
  • 5 to 8 years of experience as Marketing Manager or Assistant Manager
  • English proficient
  • Has handled more than 2 brands
  • Can work under pressure
  • Has experience in the F&B industry
  • Good leadership quality and experience leading teams
