ASSISTANT BRAND MANAGER - BANDUNG

Job Description
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns, promotions, events & PR plan to increase brand awareness / strengthen brand presence, customer engagement & loyalty, and sales of outlets in Bandung
  • Collaborate with Brand Teams in Jakarta on brand, marketing & PR plans
  • Execute and track performance of marketing campaigns and promos
  • Build relationship & network with local influencers & media incl. hosting 
  • Work with Operations team in customer management e.g. handling complaints, cultivate regular customer, build relationship, etc
  • Prepare and distribute marketing collaterals (localised and from JKT) 
  • Execute all assigned responsbilities efficiently as per deadlines     
  • Execute all assigned responsibilities efficiently according to project timelines and meeting deadlines
  • Assist Visual Merchandise team to execute decoration for new outlets and maintain visual quality of existing outlets 
Job Requirements
  • 3 - 4 years past experience in a marketing field
  • Marketing, Communications, Psychology or Business Major  
  • Demonstrates creativity, able to generate ideas
  • Able to manage social media platforms (IG, Facebook)
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office tools i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word 
  • Outgoing, extrovert personality with good interpersonal skills
  • Well presented with good grooming standards 
  • Willing to travel out of town for outlet openings and events
  • Willing to work late / flexible hours and on weekends 
  • Fast learner, able to adapt to dynamic environment
  • Digital marketing experience in performance, SEM & SEO a plus 
  • Fluent in English & Bahasa
