Job Summary:
Administer and execute asset management systems and plans and support all asset administration to ensure they are updated
Job Description:
- Recap the invoices for repairs and maintenance on all Ismaya vehicles
- Generate coverage insurance summaries for all stores, including new and current stores, the central kitchen, offices, warehouses, and vehicle assets.
- Recap all bills from Ismaya Insurance.
- Assisting with the STNK tax renewal process for vehicle assets
- Produce PR materials.
- Facilitating the depreciation of assets at the start of each month
Job Requirements
- Have 1-2 years of previous experience in hospitality asset management, hotel management/operations preferred.
- Have strong analytical and financial analysis skills, as well as comprehensive knowledge of restaurant and hotel operations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, Outlook, Word, Power Point, etc.).
- Proficient with appropriate technologies and financial applications and systems.
- Good communication, interpersonal and collaborative skills with the ability to communicate plans clearly, objectively and persuasively.
- Must possess strong attention to detail.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, result-driven, and well-organized individual.
- Have a strong ability to organize and implement asset management procedures effectively.
- Proven ability to succeed in a team-centered, fast-paced, and result-driven environment.
