Job Description

Job Summary:

Administer and execute asset management systems and plans and support all asset administration to ensure they are updated


Job Description:

  • Recap the invoices for repairs and maintenance on all Ismaya vehicles
  • Generate coverage insurance summaries for all stores, including new and current stores, the central kitchen, offices, warehouses, and vehicle assets.
  • Recap all bills from Ismaya Insurance.
  • Assisting with the STNK tax renewal process for vehicle assets
  • Produce PR materials.
  • Facilitating the depreciation of assets at the start of each month
Job Requirements


  • Have 1-2 years of previous experience in hospitality asset management, hotel management/operations preferred.
  • Have strong analytical and financial analysis skills, as well as comprehensive knowledge of restaurant and hotel operations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, Outlook, Word, Power Point, etc.).
  • Proficient with appropriate technologies and financial applications and systems.
  • Good communication, interpersonal and collaborative skills with the ability to communicate plans clearly, objectively and persuasively.
  • Must possess strong attention to detail.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, result-driven, and well-organized individual.
  • Have a strong ability to organize and implement asset management procedures effectively.
  • Proven ability to succeed in a team-centered, fast-paced, and result-driven environment.
