Attention! Our Kitchen Needs An Overseer! (AREA KITCHEN MANAGER - RESTO CONCEPT)

Job Description

We are looking for someone who can assist the Kitchen Operations Manager in overseeing a specific cluster/region consisting of at least 4 outlets and oversee the entire kitchen operations and training of each kitchen team in their area.

Job Requirements

    • Had cultivated for 1.5+ years Area Kitchen Manager for multiple outlets

    • In the hill of COGS report and food costing

    • Trained in the opening, training and coaching staff member

    • Able to prepare operational report and analyses setting forth progress

    • Trained in the western, Asian, and Japanese cuisine (abroad experience is a plus)

    • Good leadership skills, able to work under pressure and detailed oriented

    • Mastery in English tongue
