ISMAYA’s first restaurant concept – Sushigroove opens
The first modern sushi restaurant concept in Jakarta, Sushigroove has been serving sushi with a twist ever since. In 2018, Sushigroove now proudly serves its groovy sushi in Shanghai, China.
ISMAYA’S first venture outside of Jakarta
Growing bigger and better! ISMAYA’s first outside Jakarta outlet: Sushigroove at the heart of West Java, Bandung.
Blowfish Warehouse Project
Blowfish Warehouse Project that would later become one of Asia’s biggest dance music festival, the Djakarta Warehouse Project, launched with 5,000 attendees.
A pioneer of culinary festivals – JCF
Specially curated for the Jakarta foodies, ISMAYA launched its first food and beverage festival, Jakarta Culinary Festival. Fast forward to 2017, JCF comes back with a new name: Jakarta Culinary Feastival where you can TASTE, SIP, LEARN and have FUN.
Fun fact: 1,000 passionate employees now call themselves ISMAYA troopers.
ISMAYA Live was born with Cut Copy Live in Jakarta
ISMAYA Live’s first step! Cut Copy Live in Jakarta kick-started a series of unique concerts by ISMAYA Live. ISMAYA Live has broken records and set a new bar in the live event industry with festivals, such as DWP, We The Fest, and JCF. Global acts, like Katy Perry, One Direction, Stomp and Hardwell are all on ISMAYA Live’s outstanding portfolio.
Social House now in Dubai
Dine with a view! ISMAYA touched down at the largest city in UAE, Dubai, with Social House.

Say hello to the summer festival of music, arts, fashion and food, We The Fest
The three-day event has invited globally-known acts with different genres, such as The Kooks, Dua Lipa, Ellie Goulding, The 1975, while also put forward local artists. In 2017, it broke record attendance with 50,000 visitors.
Fun fact: President Jokowi attended the 2017 We The Fest. He loved the We The Fest t-shirt so much that he wore it once more to another music festival.

Serving you Italian cuisine with a modern touch, ISMAYA presents the modern Italian restaurant, GIA. On its first year, GIA won three reputable awards, including the “Best Restaurant Design of the Year” from the prestigious Asia Pacific Design Awards.

DWP breaks records
90,000 visitors from all over the globe came to dance at DWP, making it Asia’s biggest dance music festival and putting Indonesia on the map.

Mr. Fox established his humble home in Jakarta
After wandering the world, Mr. Fox decided to set Jakarta as his home, serving the amazing recipes of his delicious food-fare and ethereal cocktail concoctions. Mere 6 months after setting foot in Jakarta, Mr. Fox has won Jakarta’s Best Eats Award 2018 for Top Upmarket Venue.
ISMAYA Group is turning 15!
Started from a humble beginning with a single outlet to becoming a market leader in the industry, ISMAYA Group now owns and operates 22 exceptional lifestyle brands across more than 60 outlets in Asia. A series of activities and programs will be held throughout the year. A special anniversary event is set to take place in November 2018.
ISMAYA goes beyond Jakarta and Indonesia
In the first quarter of 2018, ISMAYA opened two outlets in two countries: GIA – Dubai and Sushigroove – Shanghai. DWP will also venture out to China. Following its international expansion, ISMAYA will open more outlets in Surabaya, Bali and more.
ISMAYA brings education to unfortunate children
ISMAYA presents “A Plate of Dreams, A Spoonful of Hope” social program at all outlets with special menu items. Profits from each purchase of the special items would go straight to the ISMAYA Scholarship program for the education of marginalized children.
