CRM MARKETING AND PARTNERSHIP ASISSTANT MANAGER

Job Description
  • Plan, Create and Analyze Loyalty Acquisition, Strategy Program and Partnership list.
  • Explore potential CRM and Loyalty Program improvements.
  • Explore Marketing Campaign Plan for Brands related to Membership and Loyalty Program.
  • Manage Marketing Campaign Calendar and Reporting for Brands and CRM Activities.
  • Explore Partnership Opportunities and Create a Proper Planning.
  • Be the PIC for Partnership Related Events and Communications.
  • Compile Marketing Activities and Campaigns related to CRM and Loyalty Program and report it to CRM Manager.
  • Assist CRM Manager on Third Party Vendor for Marketing and Partnership Campaign.
  • Assist CRM Manager on CRM Social Media Account and Respons Campaign.
  • Create Brief for all Artwork requests for all CRM related Campaign.


Job Requirements
  • Candidate must at least Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communications or Business or other related field.
  • 2+ Years of E-Commerce, Retail, or F&B Marketing and Partnership Experience.
  • Fluent in English - both written and oral.
  • Strong and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong task management, project management, and presentation skills.
  • At least moderate understanding of performance data analysis.
  • At least moderate skill in design.
  • Strong copywriting, analytical and presentation skills.
  • Extreme attention to detail with the ability to successfully organize and prioritize multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
