Job Description
  • Maintain the Bar/Wine List always in the correct standard
  • Do the inventory and stock count of the wines daily and monthly with Supplier.
  • Give daily briefing to the staffs.
  • Taking orders & recommend wines to the guest.
  • Take care of all display areas, wines by the glass, correct position -of them in the display, corks & empty bottles.
  • Fill up the excel files for daily & monthly wines sales report & inventories
  • Responsible to maintain the standards of the good service.
  • Maintain the hygiene of the bar/wine area & maintain the inventory.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years experience as Wine Captain or in position related
  • Having good knowledge about Wine and able to manage wine list
  • Understand and able to do calculation about COGS of Wine
  • Have a good communication skill and Able to speak English
  • Good looking and have a high confident level
