SPONSORSHIP RELATIONS OFFICER

Job Description
  • During training: To help support sponsorship department in ; handling MoM, review data and numbers, internal memo, update sponsor recaps,  draft & review sponsorship agreements.
  •  Responsible to follow up issues and update sponsorship database, will also help to work in the field during events.
  • After training: Create and find relations with potential clients and existing clients for a sponsorship agreement
Job Requirements
  • Minimal Diploma Education Background
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English.
  • Proficient  in using  Ms. Office
  • Have basic knowledge of accounting
  • Detail oriented, good time management, willing to work overtime,  good communication skills, able to work under pressure and positive attitude is a must
