This position will be handled for Ismaya's Restaurant Concept:
The People's Cafe, Djournal, Kitchenette, Tokyo Belly, Sushigroove, Publik Markette, Pizza e Birra
- Currently with multiple operations or for current restaurant group company background in salad operations.
- Mature, high confident, responsible, able to run and manage large team, outgoing personality, strong people skills.
- Has previous experience quality control about managing multiple salad bar outlet and doing multiple opening and pre-openings outlets.
- Experience in casual dining restaurants, multiple outlets, creative flair with western Asian cuisine repertoire fresh foods, salads, sandwiches, healthy foods, canapes.
- Preferably local candidate with overseas experience with age 27-35 years old range.
