  • Make introduction to potential clientele
  • Promptly respond to all inquiries
  • Sales correspondence - answering mails, confirming all banquet paperworks
  • Coordinate with operation to ensure complete customer satisfaction
  • Maintain departmental reports, procedures & database
  • Promote event facilities and maximize sales opportunity at all times
Job Requirements
  • Having 1-2 years experience in MICE / Banquet sales of major hotel or experience as account executive in agency / organizer
  • Excellent skill in managing (or familiar with) banquet event order / banquet function offer
  • Have passion in hospitality/event/function related industry 
  • Excellent written and verbal English
  • Excellent communication, customer service orientation, and interpersonal skill
  • Excellent negotiation skill
  • Work well with word, excel, and powerpoint
  • Placement : Manarai, Bali
