Job Description
  • To build and manage an extensive network of relations with customers
  • Express perfect knowledge and understanding of our programs & events
  • Develop new customer relationships adhering to a set guideline from the Relationship Manager
  • Building and maintaining profitable relationships with customers
  • Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
  • Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales

  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • The ability to explain complex information clearly and simply
  • Good sales and negotiation skills
