Job Description

Maintain/deepen relationship with the customers
Create and develop plans that will help meet the needs of customers
Attend to clients complains and resolve issues promptly
Work with internal departments to ensure the brands meets customer expectations
Build/maintain strong/profitable relationship with clients & customer

Job Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor Degree from Communication/ Marketing or any related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills both English and Bahasa
Good Networking Skills
Strong Relationship with Blogger / Influencer / Community / Media
Good Teamwork, Analytical, and Problem-solving Skills.
Excellent Interpersonal Skills
Computer Literate in Microsoft Office required
Highly Responsible & Reliable, Detailed Oriented
Interest in F&B Industry
Outgoing personality with positive attitude
Ability to thrive under pressure
