Job Description

Monitoring and follow up outstanding PR
Make sure vendor delivery the goods
Follow up delivery until payment if needed
Outsourcing vendor / comparison
Prepare BES and create PO
Negotiation with vendor
Supervise and motivate team

Job Requirements

Minimum Diploma degree from any major
Age between 23 - 35 years old
Having at least 2 years of working experience as procurement, preferably from F&B / Hospitality industry
Able to work under pressure / within deadline
Good leadership skill
Good microsoft excel /word
High integrity, Initiative, Proactive
Detail oriented
Good communication and negotiation skill
