Job Description
  • Responsible for any Leasing Administrative work
  • Document filings and organization related to Leasing and contracts
  • Create Administrative reports
  • Monitoring and following up on purchase requests and document approvals
  • Maintain SOP within the department and keep track of on-going procedures
Job Requirements
  • 1-2 years experience as Leasing Admin
  • Fluent in English
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Experience in project management is a plus
