Lead some junior to senior software engineers on developing some projects.
Manage daily routine regarding project development progress.
Manage software deployment process on development and production environment.
Monitor team productivity.
Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
Job Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Informatics Engineering (IPK > 2.9)
3+ years hands-on ERP experience, 3+ years in a team lead role.
Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
Knowledge in Odoo ERP will be a plus.
Backend Stack (.NET Core / Python)
Database (Postgre, SQL Server, MongoDB)
Must be proficient in following agile development methodologies.
Shall have worked in and having Good functional knowledge on business concepts like Finance Ops, Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Sales, etc.
Extensive knowledge and understanding of Business processes & System architecture.
Must have good experience translating business requirements and design into technical solutions.
Demonstrated experience in the development of Technical/Functional documentation.
Nice to have working experience in handling Docker and CI/CD
