Job Description
  • Generating & Implementing new material / curriculum / SOP
  • Assessing or Updating & Implementing existing / new material
  • Performance & Development of training department & It's members
  • Admin of the material & auditing training implementation in Ops.
  • Pre Opening team support & Onboarding Process 
  • Mobile activity from one outlet to another 


Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma preferably in Psychology, Education/Teaching/Training, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field of Hospitality or F&B Industry is required for this position.
  • Passionate in Learning & Development
  • Required Skill(s): Trainer/Coaching, TNA, Creating Learning Modules, Generating SOP, Training Administrator and Monitoring implementation in Ops, Microsoft Office, and ROTI, Presentation Skill,
  • Outgoing Personality, Detail Orientation, Customer Service Orientation, Public Speaker, Organized & able to Multitask and handle Pressure, Team Work Orientation, Leadership, Excellent Communication, Independent, Problem Solver.
