ASSISTANT BRAND MANAGER - MEDAN

Job Description
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns, promotions, events & PR plan to increase brand awareness / strengthen brand presence, customer engagement & loyalty, and sale of outlets in Medan
  • Execute and track performance of marketing campaigns and promos
  • Build relationship & network with local influencers & media incl. hosting
  • Work with Operations team in customer management e.g. handling complaints, cultivate regular customer, build relationship, etc
  • Collaborate with BMs (in JKT) on brand, marketing & PR plans
  • Prepare and distribute marketing collaterals (localized and from JKT)
  • Execute all assigned responsibilities efficiently as per deadlines
Job Requirements
  • Marketing, Communications, Psychology or Business Major
  • 3 - 4 years past experience in a marketing field
  • Demonstrates creativity, able to generate ideas
  • Has experience in Microsoft Office e.g. Excel, PowerPoint
  • Able to manage social media platforms (IG, Facebook)
  • Pleasant personality, with good interpersonal skills
  • Fast learner, able to adapt to dynamic environment
  • Willing to work late / flexible hours and on weekends
  • Well presented with good grooming standards
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa
  • Outgoing, extrovert personality
